1. The service

KairoBiz (operated by Kakera Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a chat-first business assistant that connects to your ERP (Odoo), generates documents, and answers from your uploaded knowledge base. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for reviewing every document and ERP action before use — all ERP writes require your explicit confirmation.

2. Accounts & plans

Companies are approved before activation. Paid plans are billed monthly: internationally by card (Stripe) or PayPal; in Nepal by manual payment (eSewa/Khalti/bank) activated on receipt. Manual plans do not auto-renew. Quotas apply per plan.

3. Acceptable use

Use the assistant for lawful business purposes only. Do not attempt to extract other tenants' data or misuse connected systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong — verify before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior month.

Privacy Policy

What we store

Your account details, company profile, uploaded knowledge documents, generated documents, and chat history. Chat messages are encrypted at rest with a company key derived from member passwords.

Credentials

ERP and AI-provider keys are stored with envelope encryption and used only to serve your requests. We never sell your data.

Third parties

To answer requests we send necessary context to the AI model provider you configure (e.g. OpenRouter/OpenAI). Payment is processed by Stripe/PayPal (international) — we never store card numbers. Choose providers with data policies acceptable to you.

Access & deletion

Superadmins operate the platform but do not read your encrypted chat content. You may request export or deletion of your company's data at any time via support.
